Payments, Returns and Shipping

Terms of use

Payments are required before custom items are created.

Due to every item that we create is custom, returns are not accepted.  A proof of the item is sent for approval before items are produced.

If you have any concerns, please reach out to us via email or phone.  We strive for customer satisfaction.

Items are generally available for local pick up 2 weeks after proof approval unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping time is not included in that 2 weeks. Shipping is added on to the final invoice. UPS tracking number provided after the item has shipped.
